Had issues with the company. They dealt with the issues after several discussions. The 2 stars are from the fatigue of the entire experience. This is the typical contractor whose work you will have to monitor as it is being done to ensure satisfaction. Before the crew leaves ensure that all debris is removed. It is far less expensive to have a nursery delivery soil and LeafGro to your house and you spread it over the yard after the stump grinding to ensure that the ground is level. Then, throw down your own grass seeds. We put down 6 cubic yards of soil and LeafGro after clipping out several above

Nationwide cut down my neighbors tree last week. Pulled their truck and chipper into my driveway without asking me. Cut the tree down which fell across my lawn and driveway. They then drug the tree down y driveway which scraped up a 15' x 30' section. They didn't try to remove the scrapes and left. I told my neighbor and he contacted them on 9/29. We are still waiting for them to fix the driveway.

Scheduled an estimate and was given a 5 hour window for the estimator would come out to my home. After missing that window I called the office and was told that the 5 hour window was what they told everyone, but that the estimator coming to my home works late. Not sure if that meant he didn't start as early as others or he habitually runs late, but obviously the office was aware that he was most likely going to miss the window. After checking to see where he was, I was told he was "right around the corner" and would be to my home within 30 minutes. 45 minutes after that, I finally received a call

Nationwide Tree Service is a great company. The crew did a great job cutting down two big trees in my yard. They were professional and kind, and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I also had one stump removed, and again the stump grinding crew did a fabulous job removing the stump, filling the hole, and smoothing out the soil. I can't wait to put grass seeds down and plant flowers in my yard now. I will definitely refer Nationwide Tree Service to family, friends, and neighbors. Thanks Nationwide for a job well-done!! We are very pleased with Nationwide Tree Service. They were on time and very professional. The crew was extremely efficient with their work. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to get the work finished. They didn't even mind me gaping from the window as they climbed up the huge trees. :) They cleaned up after themselves, raking the yard to make sure even the smallest mess was cleaned up. After they were finished they seeded and put down straw in the yard to cover any areas that were damaged from the trees. They had to remove part of our fence to get their equipment in the yard but made

Johnny and his team from Nationwide Tree Service did a FANTASTIC Job at removing 3 tree stumps for us. Johnny came out, gave us an estimate, and by the next day the stumps were removed. Johnny and his team of workers were quick, very polite, and cleaned up the work area flawlessly. We couldn't even tell they were there working on the property, except that the tree stumps were gone. Thank you to Nationwide Tree Service for doing such a great job. We will definitely have you back if we need more work completed.

If you want an honest and reliable tree removal service, please save yourself the grief and bypass this Company. They will intentionally withhold additional fees from your estimate for stump grindings removal. I contracted with this Company in early August 2017 to remove a tree and grind the stump, and was surprised to see a mount of stump grindings left on my front lawn. When I contacted the owner, he never returned my calls. I was told by a rep for the Company that there would be a $200 fee to remove the grindings. Customer service does not exist with this Company.
