Kyle has been building almost since he could walk and comes from a family of builders. His parents, Tom and Debby Boerner founded Boerner Construction in Florida, in 1991 where the tradition of building quality custom homes all started. Even though Kyle knew he wanted a career building the American Dream at a young age, he also knew he needed the knowledge to do so.

I was impressed with Boerner construction in 2012 when they built a grade for me. They have had a key to my house ever since... literally.
There have been occasions where I would call about having something done to a door, or maybe a light added to the stairwell... Kyle would say, I can get to that next week. I would say, I will be on vacation, but just let yourself in add the light, and send me a bill. When I got back, the work would be done.
Kyle is running the business now and is carrying on a tradition of excellent construction. You can see a few of their beautiful homes on their website

We highly recommend Boerner Construction! They built our custom home two years ago and we could not be happier with the outcome. Kyle is very hands on, trustworthy, and communicates very well throughout the building process. I recommend this business to everyone who asks. Most people say the building process is one they wouldn’t want to do again, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. You will LOVE using them!
