Tyler is AMAZING!! Test drove a vehicle on a Saturday and the mud flap was rattling. Tyler had it fixed on Monday and Tuesday we bought the vehicle. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and was very stressed about the whole situtation, but he made it an easy process. Can't say enough good things!!!!

They are all so down to earth & treat you like you are the only customer they have. The laid back environment really helped it not be a stressful situation for me. My son recently bought his first car and the staff at Riverside Auto group in Marinette was fantastic to work with. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed by everyone. They were very busy, but made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We can tell the staff works very well with each other and it shows. Hands down best vehicle buying experience I ever had! Found the vehicle online on a Sunday night and received a response the next morning by my now favorite salesman ever, Pat Burley!! We live two hours away and he kept in amazing communication with me all week until I could get there for a look on that Friday. I went to riverside looking for a car to fit my budget. I met Tyler when I went there and he helped me find 3 cars that were in my price range! After reviewing each car I picked one and test drove it and after the test drive I told him that I wanted that car and him and the team at riverside worked really hard to get me a loan and insurance! We have purchased five vehicles from Casey at Riverside auto. We have never had a bad experience, Casey knows what she's doing, and knows a lot about cars and trucks, and always gets us what we're looking for. We have had dealings with the manager, Brian, and Nick the finance person as well. Again, never had a bad experience. In fact, Brian went over and above when we had an issue with the higher mileage vehicle my son bought. Nick is always very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He always gives us the best deal he can. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else to look for a vehicle
