In 2018 I started using them because where I live has a huge stink bug and box elder issue. To give you an idea I was getting over 20 stink bugs in my bedroom let day. I know they’re harmless but I really don’t want them in my house. Some Comfort is extremely professional but more than that they care. You aren’t just money to them. You matter. This is a family business and they believe in treating you the way they would want to be treated. Not only are the bugs gone, but they’ve got my business for life.

I trust these guys in my home. My family and I have used them for several years. We have always had good experiences and are grateful. Always willing to explain, take time for questions and always returns calls. Only once in many years has there been a rescheduling for a family emergency. I was called, everything was explained and an alternated day / time was arranged. I'm grateful. Some business never call and just kind of show up when they want..... Not these guys. They respect our time and are true to their word.

Best call I could make. I had wasp eat through my drywall and get into my bedroom, didn't know they could do that. Rick was great, he was able to come out the same day. He explained why trying to seal in the hornets was a very bad idea and gave me some good insight on how the bees work. He offers a monthly service I plan to use next year (already heading into fall). He does everything basically, but bed bugs. If you need someone help out a small business and give him a call. He has been doing this type of work for about 15 years.
