We thought our water heater had went out after my husband saw water going across our driveway. We called Crown and they sent a service man out. He was honest with us and told us it was ok. He said it may last a few weeks or a few months longer. My husband asked him questions and he took time to explain things to him.

It is Saturday!! We had a gas leak because of roofer and I could not find anyone else for today. I found Crown on the internet , called and they were super nice and wanted to help. We had a technician and the owner also came within 90 minutes. I received several text messages and 2 calls letting me know the status. They fixed the leak and pressure tested the system and we are all fixed. Roofer then refixed the roof!!

My family has used Crown Plumbing several times and we have been nothing less than impressed each time. We have had several different types of needs at several properties and every time we have been happy. The jobs have been completed on quickly and proficiently, and pricing has been more than fair. The technicians have been friendly, competent,… and more than willing to stop physical work to entertain questions about what was going on. We have a few more big projects coming up with a new structure and it is nice to know who we will be counting on for this trade.

At 11:30am I called with an emergency (faucet spewing and I was about to leave town). Crown said they'd definitely help but likely after 4:00pm. Then they called to say between 1:00-3:00pm. Then they called and asked, "How about now?" The crew showed up at 12:00 noon. In/out, at the same price a friend's plumber (who was unable to do it today) had said would be "fair." So I got immediate help, from friendly folks on the phone and in the truck, for a low price. If that's what you want, call Crown.
