Customer service here has not just fallen off, it has leaped into a deep cavernous hole which has no end. It used to be really good. Salespeople with great communication were fantastic. In the last 6 months that has done a 180. We purchased a tub for a customer's master bath remodel and they were lightning quick with emails about the order and answering the phone to take $5,000 then all communication literally ceased. 11 weeks out and they won't return my calls and emails for the last 5 weeks. I get the supply chain issues 100%, but to ignore me and refuse to let me know what the situation

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Their website looks like it was made in the 90's but doesn't bother to outline that they don't care about the public. You need a licensed contractor to call them on your behalf to grant permission for you to see their showroom. The contractor must have an account with them otherwise they interrogate you on the phone like you had broken the law. Calling the 1-800 number for the Denver location gets you a very rude woman who would like to strap you to a lie detector machine. It is funny you need to go through hoops to look at
