We recently had ABC Glass install a custom glass enclosure for our new shower. We are very happy. The enclosure is frameless and looks amazing. Customer service was really easy to work with and their price was much lower than the other places. Will be working with them again on our next bathroom remodel.

Couldn't be more thrilled. Got my shower doors installed last week and they are beautiful. Antonio and Ivan worked the job into my schedule through my contractor, Matt Coder, and even though I was told it would be about 3-4 hours I believe they completed it in about 2. They left my place super clean after and couldn't have been nicer. The cost is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I didn't want to pay for cheap glass sliders or, worse, do a shower rod and curtain (blech). I'd hire them again for sure and will continue to refer them!

I love this company! Elisabeth and her team run a tight ship here.. Our tub slider glass exploded in the middle of the night so called them, the measurer was the best I've seen, he made a detailed drawing in his binder with exacting measurements, got a peek when he was flipping through the pages, you could frame his designs and use them for art! Stunning. We wanted the narrow reed glass with satin nickel frameless, more than $1100 at competitors such as Discount glass (mis-named, lol) when I got other quotes. Here at ABC I think it was less than $750 installed.. including removing old door

I remodeled our two bathrooms and used ABC glass for our master bathroom to install frameless shower doors. The entire process from the start of Robert coming out to take the correct measurements, to the communication with Liz regarding pricing and scheduling, and the final stage of installation was very pleasant and professional.
I actually purchased shower doors for our second bathroom from Home Depot and wanted our contractor to install it. But after my experience with these guys, I returned the purchase to Home Depot and had Robert and his team take care of our other bathroom as well, and

I had used them once before when ordering a glass panel for my new shower. The price was competitive but after install I noticed that whenever I used the shower a long track mark appeared on the glass (it looked like tape residue). Over 6 months post-installation of my shower door and I can say i'm still very pleased. My contractor mentioned ABC glass after my shower retile. I admit I was a little hesitant to go with this company given some of the complaints about customer service. However, my experience was quite good and I have even recommended them to a friend.

ABC Glass did a great job on our master shower. Once measurements were taken, they manufactured the glass quickly and installed it sooner than expected (and it looks fantastic). Once the silicon dried, Roberto came back to inspect and make sure that it was properly sealed. I appreciate that he came over and validated that the glass was installed properly so that we don't have any issue with using the shower. I would recommend going with ABC Glass! Thanks Roberto!

Give them a call and you will see what bad service looks like. From the "I'm too busy to talk to you" attitude, then the lack of communication on a quote and repair and then deciding my job wasn't lucrative enough for their effort. Found another company that came out and repaired right away. Guess who gets my entire homes window replacement next year? Not these guys.

We've used for multiple projects in our homes. Making us glass shelves for in showers as well as make replacement pieces of glass for us. They do what we need quickly and at a great price!

They installed the shower door crooked, about 3/32" difference between top and bottom. They just said "that's nothing" and put some plastic which didn't do anything. Not professional.

My family has been using ABC Glass for over five years now. We have a property management business and they have helped us with window and sliding glass door replacement as well as new shower glass door installation and we have always had a great experience. Just recently we needed to replace a large dual pane sliding glass door. Johanna and the ABC Glass team were all extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They are always well priced and we will continue using them for all of our glass needs.

Sadly, I'll have to give this place a 1-star. Rewind a month back, I spoke to someone at their office to schedule a remeasure of the windows and doors. I remember I was told, I didn't need a remeasure. Because of my travels, I told them I will just have the installation after the 4th of July holiday. They said since the windows were special order, it will take 2-3 weeks for the windows to arrive; installation after the 4th would be perfect. Since they already have my payment info, all along I thought they were ready for install. When I called to verify the installation schedule, I was told none

I found ABC glass from a friend, I was looking for a mirror to put in a picture frame. I came in and was helped by Elizabeth. She was very friendly and helpful when it came to ordering it and answered all of my questions. They even offered to install it for me for a reasonable price. She told me it would be ready the next day and she would call if it was ready sooner. She called the next morning. I came to pick it up and I was very pleased with their work. I will be back for more.

I was thinking about using them to install 2 shower doors. While the man who came to my house to measure was pleasant and professional, the woman/girl however who answers their phone is nasty, short and so condisending I just cant give them my business knowing they choose to employ someone who is so determental to their business. The only reason I am writting this review is because everyone I talk to says yea the girl who answers the phone is a total B---- Hey ABC glass owners, she effects your business. Maybe you'll hear this

Will not call anyone else! Have used Roberto and his crew on at least a dozen projects from simple broken windows to patio windbreaks to my own Frameless custom-size shower door and partition. Always on time, pleasant, clean, and affordable.
And they do great work.

The woman in the office is very condescending and all around unpleasant to talk to. Whenever I get off of the phone with her my level of irritation is through the roof. It is unfortunate that she is driving business away from a company that does good work and has the potential to generate work rather then lose it.

I have used Roberto & his crew on numerous houses already. Extremely impressed each time. ABC glass has never disappointed me and I trusted them even on my expensive projects. They come in, do their job and clean up after themselves, unlike most other sub contractors. They treat your home like it's their own. I'll see you on the next project.

This company has the best competitive prices in all of San Diego. I needed a dual-pane bedroom window replacement. Out of 5 estimates, they had the best price. There staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, especially The front end girls Johanna and Elizabeth. They were very hepfull. Johanna was knowledgeable over the phone explaining what type of glass, tinted etc. She offered me the option to bring the window frame into the shop, which would save me additional money. I took her advice and bought it in. A friendly male employee unloaded it from my car, and carried it in for repair

Very bad customer service at the front door off Genesee Drive This dark haired girl at the front desk was very distracted, unpleasent and short with her responses to me. I decided after 15 minutes that I would rather spend my money somewhere else. I took my template and left. I do not recommend this place. By the way the lttle man in the back of the store wanted to pick a fight with me.

Had an appointment for them to come out and measure. After two hours, I called to see why no one had arrived. I was put on hold, then told me they couldn't reach the technician and would have to call me back to see when they could get to me. When I asked why no one called to say they would be late, I was told this was out of their control. Would never do business with this company. I understand why there are so many comments on these reviews about poor customer service.

I had ABC Glass come out and fix my front window to my house that had an unfortunate accident. Called ABC and they came out the next day, and gave me an estimate. Took 3 days for the window to come in and the moment it came in they called and we're on their way for installation. I thought it was going to cost a lot more than it did so was very happy about that. I've read some other reviews about them but I'll have to disagree on some of the negative one's. Staff was all friendly and professional. Great local company!

Replaced my Double Pain Bay window and removed my shutters to install the glass. Put the shutters back perfectly and the glass is beautiful. Thanks ABC Glass and the two guys that installed it!!

They did a good job fixing an oddly sized vinyl window at our house. The price they charged was much more reasonable than other quotes I got.
