Don't make the mistake I made of hiring this guy. I hired him to perform an HVAC inspection on a property I am buying.
He spent less than 40 minutes on the job and when I asked him for an invoice, he refused to provide one claiming he didn't do those and didn't like to have things in writing (keep in mind this is a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC guy).
When I texted him later stating he needed to provide me an invoice, he again stated he did not do those and that our agreement was verbal.
When I stated that I had it in writing (text message) that he was refusing to provide me with an invoice

Okay, its 15 degrees and our forced air heating unit isn't working properly. I call Nelson Air and he calls me back right away says he's out of town and he can't get to me till the next day, but he tells me some different ways to try and troubleshoot and fix it over the phone! It worked temporarily but I still needed him to come another day but at least we got warm that day. When he came out he was very professional and thorough and explained everything he did and he did it quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Had a call from our renter to say the air had gone out. Called a couple of service co. and Nelson Air responded immediately and was able to meet us at the house very quickly. He checked out the airconditioner and assessed and repaired the problem in a very professional manner. His pricing was very fair and did not try to sell us new equipment. He was very friendly and will definitely be our "go to" company for the future.

I have used Nelson's Air a few times now. Our current cooling system was not working properly. It had zones that were not working at all so the home wouldn't cool to more than about 77 degrees at very best. Nelson's Air was able to come out and get the air working beautifully and all summer long it cooled the home better than it ever has. I appreciate the way this company does business. After a extended search for someone who can give a professional a/c - heating complete replacement of my 17 year system and after I got several estimates Nelson Air Tom Nelson owner/technician provide the honest and most important service done right. It took more time to complete the job , had to deal with some difficulties but did it with a smile and professionally.
