Asphalt pavement is one of the most widely used materials for parking lots. 100% recyclable, asphalt is a sustainable mixture of bituminous oil, gravel and sand. The mixture is heated and installed while still hot. I had Gann Asphalt & Concrete Inc. bid my parking lot, along with other bids. Gann not only came in cheaper, they did a wonderful job. The crew of approximately10, worked through a terrible storm trying to complete the job on time, they were very courteous from the time that I contacted one of the owners, until the job was complete. One of the owners came to the building to ask if everything was going as planned. They called again once the job was complete to ask if I was satisfied with the job they performed. I use a vast assortment of venders at my facility, and I can truthfully say that

Most of our members, including me, are happy with your work. We do have a member who used to do this for a living and he spoke his displeasure. He said he could still see too many cracks . Since we didn't have a scope of the work we wanted done, I told them the company had done the job they were paid to do. I was especially happy with you returning to paint the "no parking" signs. I am happy. My problem is with the church. We took too long to award the bid; the weather started to get cooler and they didn't have the money to do the job the way we wanted it done. We will keep

As a member of our church's facility committee, I was tasked w/ finding 3 bids for our parking lot sealing. Gann was the most responsive of the 3 bids. Tina (from Gann) was the most communicative of the 3 & we hired them to do the job. We were very pleased & happy w/ their results & their striping & marking also. We will use them again in the future.
