Was using another HVAC company who had come back three times on a repair job. Each time they said I needed a different additional part. I concluded that they either were fleecing me or had no idea what they were doing. I reached out to Grayman and they quickly resolved the problem. Saved me a ton of money. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. I am happy.

When I arrived to Pawleys Island, my A/C was not working. I called them at 4 pm on a Friday night. They said they couldn't promise they could get to me but would try their best. There was several people ahead of me in line for service. And it was raining cats and dogs. I turned off my circuit breaker and turned it back on, so the problem fixed itself. But they did call that night and was willing to come over and the next day they followed up just to make sure my system was still running.
Even though they didn't have to fix anything, they still get 5 stars for their superior customer service.

Very pleased with overall experience with Grayman. They were recommended to us by a friend at a local business. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate on a new heat pump/system for our home. Jack gave us a fair estimate and even informed us we didn't need a new air handler as his company had replaced the existing one about five years earlier (we've only been here 2 yrs). The installation job was scheduled and completed in a timely way. Any staff we had contact with, from Jack to Kevin to Winnie (office) to the installers were pleasant and professional. Super nice, thorough, reasonably priced, informative, ethical and competent. Just as my neighbor who recommended them said they would be. They also arrived same day and got my AC back up and running right away. I am super happy about all of that since they are a local company and I like to support local businesses. Cannot say enough great things about Grayman Climate Control! We arrived in Litchfield at our condo to freezing cold temperatures. Our heater had broken. We called the after hours number and Chase answered. How lucky we were! Chase arrived promptly, addressed the issue and had our unit up and running again in no time flat! Chase was absolutely wonderful, very kind and a true gentleman. We are so very very appreciative! Thank you and God bless!

In June, 2016 Grayman Climate Control Inc. performed routine biannual maintenance on our air conditioning system. The system was working fine when they began their service. Immediately after completing the service, the compressor locked up necessitating replacement of the entire unit. After initially offering a small discount on a new unit, the owner decided he had more work than he needed and walked away from the job leaving us to scramble to find a new air conditioner in 90 plus degree heat. Five stars for The Gray Man. They just put a new system in for us on first row back from the beach. The whole deal from contact to install completion took 24 hrs. They also suggested a cheaper way to do it and saved us $1400. The owner still works in the field and has two sons to help him. Very pleased!!
