We used this company from a referral and was not disappointed. Steve was very informative and the staff was always professional throughout the process. The installers performed their set up and installation remarkably well and cleaned up after completion. We're very happy with our windows and doors and will definitely recommend this company for their quality and service.

I wish I had an option for negative stars. We had a big job and entire house of windows installed. A window in our son's room almost fell out until we caught it. We contacted the company in JULY 2021 and they finally sent someone out who tried to say WE broke some part on the window. We have been waiting MONTHS and have had no response from them. NOTHING. We email the sales email and absolutely no one gets back to us. It is now below freezing and our son's room is feeling the impact and yet they have yet to return with "the part" and repair it. I would not recommend this company. We have waited

This company has been extremely difficult to get a hold of and they don't ever follow up when you finally are able to get a hold of them. I had windows installed by them back in September. When I bought the windows in may they told me 8 weeks to install and I had to follow up tight them weekly once the 8 week window passed, they never once called me to tell me about a delay or possible eta. Now the windows have been installed and Ive had to recaulk them because the installers didn't seal the entire window frame. I've also had an issue with one of the windows not opening correct and

I cannot begin to explain how great my experience was with Steve Cotton and Midwest Windows. My property has in excess of 100 windows so the process for selecting the design was daunting to say the least because a mistake would be an expensive oops. Steve was exceptionally patient and extremely helpful to me in coming up with the final design, counseling me on color options and window styles. We have gone through various seasons and on top of the windows looking FABULOUS (people stop and stare all the time), they have done wonders to reduce my utilities bills by helping to control the temperature

I was shopping around to replace the windows in our home in the city. I got 5 estimates and the price and the process was horrible. After 2 companies charging a arm and a leg and 2 companies just not showing up and providing the estimate we went with Midwest Windows. The experience was awesome, they showed up on time provided a written estimate and gave me an affordable price.

Excellent! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The initial consultation was very informative. Everything about the various types of windows was thoroughly explained. I was treated with respect And not like just another sale.
Production took a little bit longer due to current happenings, but as soon as my order was out of production, I was called to schedule installation.
The installers showed up on time and diligently worked to make sure everything was done properly. When they were done they showed me what they completed. The windows look amazing! I could instantly tell the difference

Steve and his team did an amazing job with two of our escape windows. Highly recommend this company! They're very efficient and straight forward. They even set up the district inspection to make sure that the windows passed all of the requirements. Latoya was very attentive and responsive to all my questions, very helpful. I honestly have no idea how he does business or with who. We had Steve come to our house to give us an estimate, he spend an entire hour in a Friday afternoon talking to us and taking "notes" about what we wanted. We were looking forward to working with him because we really want to support black owned businesses whenever possible, however, this time definitely not going to happen. We asked him to give us a ballpark figure of the cost before he left and he instead said he could give the exact price. He sat there and took his time calculating everything and came up with a quote. Steve came out to give me an estimate for replacing my storm security door and sidelight security panel. One of the first things he asked was if I had tried using steel wool to remove the peeling paint. I had not, thinking it would be more work than I wanted to do. The door was in pretty good shape otherwise. I decided to try Steve's suggestion on a small section before making a decision to replace. It worked far better and was so much easier than I had anticipated.

Quite disappointed in my experience with Midwest. It started with the quote, during which I was told I had to sign the contract and pay 30% on the spot or I wouldn't get the price I was quoted. Not what I was expecting, but I went with it. Jump forward I get contacted to schedule my install. I'm given the time frame 12-2pm. I unfortunately couldn't be home, so enlisted a proxy to sit at my house during the installation. We replaced all windows in my house and the patio door in Early 2016 . Steve Cotton was the representative who sold us the windows. Yes they were somewhat cheaper than 2 companies I've asked for quotes but I will not get them If I've known I will have a sub par windows from bad installation and bad customer service. We believed in Steve's presentation and took Midwest for my house windows replacement ( ~16 windows + 1 patio)

My experience with Midwest Windows was effortless and smooth. Pricing was great and scheduling install was easy. When we thought there was a leak, scheduling a tech to take a look was a smooth process. It ended up being a tuckpointing issue and totally not the windows. I like working with a company in my neighborhood. And they offered a financing plan, which was key for me in this situation.

We had a situation where they replaced a door. After 2 years, we realized the inside & outside colors were mixed up. We were embarrassed for not realizing the mixup sooner, but called them & with no questions asked - they fixed the door again. At no cost to us.
Steve always says that he wants to do a great job & stands behind his work - and I can absolutely say that he is an honest man.

I've had the pleasure of choosing this company for egress windows in the attic and I must say I'm glad I did. Mr. Steve Cotton the owner and consultant came out he was a bit late and that was not a good sign in my book. I'm very time efficient, however Mr. Cotton was very kind and his presentation was outstanding so I decided to give him a chance.
