From start to finish, my experience with Montana Fire Design was extraordinary. I first looked into a gas insert last spring. I visited the Montana Fire Design showroom, and Norma helped me determine that a Mendota would be an ideal choice. I wanted to add a firepit to our yard after our home was remodeled. Montana Fire Design came highly recommended. Originally I wanted a basic firepit; after Cynthia at MFD showed me all of the choices available I changed my mind. I chose a Music City Fire Company Sound Reactive Fire System—it connects your fire to music. After syncing my phone to the firepit using Bluetooth, my music choices played through the exceptional speakers, the flame danced with the music, and the lights showing at the bottom of the firepit added to experience. Recently, I had the good fortune of finding Montana Fire Design to service and repair my two fireplace inserts in my home. As a newly implanted resident of Missoula I have discovered that in many cases trying to get service work done on your older home is very difficult and in some cases contractors are to busy to even honor their appointments. Montana Fire design was such a relief when it came to addressing my insert problems. I cant remember if I have ever had a better service experience. Cynthia was caring and great to work with.
