Super experience, start to finish. I paid maybe 10-15% more than the big brand or ChemDry (yuck) but it was SO worth it. It took me 20 years, but I’ve finally found “The One” company I’ll use for good! Very happy!

Dennis was prompt with his arrival, a pleasant man who wasted no time getting straight to the process. My rugs look so much cleaner it's almost unbelievable! I have 4 dogs and a cat, so to say my rugs have been well loved, is an understatement. I definitely recommend Mr. Steam LLC if you have carpeting or rugs that need some TLC. Fantastic and speedy job!

We had a wonderful experience. Dennis was very professional, responding in a timely manner and keeping me posted on things like estimated arrival etc. He cleaned our cream colored couch and did and outstanding job! We will definitely use this company again.

Dennis the owner arrived right on time and got to work right away. He cleaned an area rug, 2 reclining sofas, stairs and bedroom. Looks great! Watched him work, soaped up and scrubbed everything to get clean.
The price was reasonable for the work done. Would hire again.
