Unprofessional and unreliable.

First job was fine--completed a clogged disposal same day for a fair price. Second time, two men came out then rushed off after 5 minutes saying they knew *exactly* what the problem was--we needed a new valve for our water heater--they'd follow up and provide a quote once they got the part and they'd include a clogged tub drain, too. Several weeks and at least three phone calls later--no follow-up, no quote. I just got out of a cold shower in a clogged tub.

I called to request service for blockage in plumbing system. Only bath tub was backing up, all other pipes draining normally. When they call back the next day the first question the technician asks is if I've contacted my insurance company to cover the repairs. Huh? When I try to say I don't think this would be a covered item, he interrupts me to say well if it's something that could cause damage in the future they'll cover it. He is terribly misinformed and there are more complexities involved to determine an insurance claim than that. How does he even suppose that it&apos

Winkles is the best! Great price & Very professional. Matt was excellent and showed up on time, taught me some things about faucet repairing and cleaning. He also was very upfront and honest. He repaired my first bathroom sink with ease & I am very satisfied! They are under-rated cause Google reviews don't show them at the top when they deserve to be! Goto winkles if you need your plumbing fixed!

We had a clogged drain late Friday night and had to turn the water off because water was backing up and overflowing in our kitchen sink. Called Winkles plumbing on Saturday morning and Dylan came out and had everything working and put back together within an hour. Would definitely recommend Winkles Plumbing!

Very much liked Matt. In exception of not wearing any company gear, was very kind & professional. Got the job done & I learned a little. Would definitely hire again. My only constructive feedback was that I would've liked to have known prior to the job being done that the old piping wasn't going to be taken out.

Service was adequate but very expensive. Also, Shane Winkle did not honor the 10% discount he has listed on the website. In fact he chose to ignore my many requests to honor it. Very disappointed and will not use again them nor will I recommend.
