We wanted to get our wool area rug cleaned. Master Cleaner offered in-home pickup and delivery of rugs with cleaning at their 'warehouse'. It seemed like a good solution for us, and we gave them a call. They arrived promptly to pickup the rug, gave an estimate, about 2x what they quoted on the phone, and said they had a lot of experience cleaning high-quality wool rugs. At the time they wanted a deposit, but said their credit card machine was down. We did not feel comfortable giving a check deposit, but they said it was okay and we could pay by credit card when they returned the
