Landform of Central Florida, Inc., a landscape company with over 31 years' experience in Central Florida, is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Landscape Maintenance General Manager. The Maintenance General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of field jobs generated by the company for the Maintenance Department.
Our design services incorporate all aspects of your landscape. We plan out the type of plants based on your environment in order to ensure that your landscape is in bloom at all times throughout the year. We also plan out the irrigation system to guarantee that it covers every area of your landscape.
We can install all of your landscape needs from the ground up! Planting bed preparation, plant installation, sod and seeding of grass, walk ways, decks, arbors, lights and more. Give your business or residence an eye-catching splash of vibrant annual color! We use top quality annuals from local growers to give you the best and brightest seasonal plantings.
We ensure that your grass looks its best by mowing to the proper height. Bagging clippings is available on request. All clippings are returned to our holding yard to be composted and reused as planting medium. Commonly known as "Weed Eating." We use line trimmers to maintain those "hard to reach" areas to give your lawn that finished look.

Unprofessional company run by people who can not keep an agreement and weasel their way out of things. Absolutely ridiculous that they can think they're of any good service.
UPDATE: The owner's response below shows the general lack of professionalism. In the end, Landform did pay for services rendered. It took this review, lots of phone calls, and I guess the graciousness of business to decide to do the right thing. Proud of you, Landform!

This is a company that hires good people. Kemcy and William helped me change my tire when I was stuck on the side of the road. They were the nicest people I have ever met. They were pros at changing tires too. They did it in no time and watching how well they work together was impressive. I’m 100% telling everyone I know in the Narcoossee area to drop their landscapers and go with Landform. I would hire them myself if I had a yard. Kemcy and William if you’re reading this, message me. I’ll need a way to repay you back when I win the lottery :).
