Ivette and Javi came to clean my house and they did an amazing job, everything was cleaned to perfection. My bathroom shower glass doors were not see through before they cleaned them and now they are sparkling. I will definitely be calling them again to clean my new place before I move in and recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew. Unfortunately, I had property stolen by the Sandra (Benita) & Juan cleaning crew.
I reported the incident to the cleaning company and was told by Wes (manager) it would be investigated. Days passed and I never received follow-up until I posted a negative review. Then Jenifer came to speak with me in person. We spoke about the incident in detail and she informed me the crew had been fired that morning. She was very professional and apologetic about the incident. Our conversation ended on good terms and the situation seemed to have been resolved on both sides.
The next day I was surprised to get
