We hired Derk Garlick as our architect to design our renovation to our recently purchased single family home in downtown Jersey City. The home is in the historic district of Jersey City which Derk navigated through the approval process so effortlessly. Derk was hands on through the extensive renovation process while at the same time integrating our opinions on a daily basis.
