Bartlett did the hvac system installation in our new construction home. Very poor workmanship. Ducts are not sealed. Fresh air intake duct was not insulated. No anti vibration seal between the furnace and ducts. Crooked piping. Gas leak in the house when brand new because a gasket was left out by the installer. Warranty claim denied by Bartlett because it passed inspection. Laim.

I called first thing on a Monday morning and they set me up with a same day appointment. Jeff, the technician, showed up within the first 10 minutes of the 2-hour time block. He was very easy to talk with and identified the problem with our hot water heater within a couple minutes. The problem, gunk buildup, was common for our brand of hot water heater and an easy fix. So, he not only got us going again, but he walked he through each step of the repair so we could handle cleaning the part in the future. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience.

After getting roots in my sewer lines last fall I called Bartlett to make sure it wouldn't happen again. They came out promptly and were right on time. Their quote to clean out both my outgoing and ingoing sewer lines was much less than Michigan Plumbing. They were done quickly with no mess or fuss.

Our 25+ year old central AC unit died on really a hot week, Bartlett was the fastest response and replacement time available in the greater Lansing area. We got a brand name we knew and trusted and a great experience with all staff from estimate, to financing and installation. We could not ask for a better journey through an inconvenient time, and now we're comfortable as well.

Built a new house, 18 months later the A coil developed a leak. When I contacted Bartlett they were quite rude and said I would have to pay a service call for someone to come out even if it was due to… craftsmanship, if it wasn't craftsmanship I would have to pay the hourly repair rate, talk about a great warranty. Went with a local company from Midland called Beauchamps Heating and Cooling. Turns out the unit Bartlett installed was 1 ton too small, lineset was kinked, condensate drain wasn't pitched correctly and the install looked like crap, pictures below are Bartlett (Luxaire) and Beauchamps
