He was super friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nobody wants to deal with septic issues but, when you have to, having someone like that do the work eases the pain of having to shell out that chunk of money (don't get me wrong...they're VERY reasonable!).
Also, my husband is the one who called to set up the appointment and he had nothing but good things to say about the woman who took the call (sorry, don't know her name). Pretty much the same; that she was very friendly, helpful, and

Used them for pumping tank and inspection. Very easy to schedule with. Tech is knowledgeable and friendly, answers any questions you may have about the service. When scheduled they give a window of time they will arrive to your site (usually 2-hr window which is great in my opinion as you don't loose your whole day waiting for an appointment) and will call ahead to let you know they are on their way. Highly recommend this company.

Ross Miller is the MAN. We were given bad info from another septic company regarding the maintenance of our system, leading to an emergency backup. Kitsap Septic dispatched Ross like a superhero on the red phone, and he was on-site within a couple hours - same day! Our system was pumped, flushed, and the filter cleaned in short order. Professional and easy to work with. I won't go anywhere else again.

These guys were super at responding and very informative as they took us through the steps in the process to emptying our septic and telling us what's wrong with it. My family has used Kitsap Septic multiple times now. These guys are experts at dealing with septic systems, with years and years of experience so they have top-notch diagnostic skills. This is a family-owned business where everybody takes pride in their work. They are also honest, easy to work with, really care about makings sure customers are happy and will try to save you money. Austin arrived yesterday at our summer home in Mason county for what I expected to be a routine tank service. After numerous toilet flushes he determined that there had to be another tank I was not aware of. After calling his office and doing his research he went in search of the tank and was able to locate and pump it potentially saving us from a smelly mess in the future. Austin is quite simply the guru of septic tanks. His patience, determination and professionalism were amazing. Had a last minute need to clean out our camper tank before the weekend. They were the only place that picked up and was able to answer questions/talk scheduling. All the other places around said they'd call back and never did.
Glad we went with Kitsap Septic because they had the best pricing, great customer service, and they really did their best to fit us in as fast as they could. Even though it was a small job for them compared to a large home, they prioritized us as if we were just as important as a house call.
To our surprise and delight, they were able to help us out before the weekend

Darren has been to my house a couple of different times. One time to inspect my septic and give me the run down on how to properly maintain it. Another time to locate an old septic tank and provide a report to the county that it was decommissioned so we could start a remodel. Today, during the Covid pandemic, I had water in my basement and when checking my clean outs noticed water coming from a clean out near my septic tank. I described what was going on and Darren helped me problem solve and unclog the element of the septic system that was causing the back up. We got back up and running quickly

We've been in our house about a year and really had no idea about our septic system. We smelled a bad smell though, and figured the worst! On Saturday, 10/26/19 we were in an emergency situation with our septic. We had septic backing into the house. We already had another company scheduled to pump on Monday, we were reminded by our plumber friend, Kitsap Septic is the only way to go. I work for the school district in the Maintenance department and have depended on them for our schools with septic systems. Ours filled up and I called Kitsap Septic in a semi panic on a Saturday evening fully expecting a call on Monday.
To my sheer delight a lady called me on SUNDAY and was a model of what incredible customer service should be .
They made a slot for us and came on Monday to pump it.
The guy who came was super friendly, very knowledgeable and was eager to teach me how the system worked.
I was at a gathering yesterday and PROUDLY recommended them to everyone who was there .

Im beyond thankful with This company. I was completely clueless why my toilet downstairs wouldn't drain and caused to overflow. they were very helpful and provided me simple info on the phone as to why this happened. The inlet baffle is clogged. They suggested to check that first before calling a plumber and spend $$ which i know will cost a lot. They are truly a genuine and honest company. We will surely use them on our next septic appointment.

First of all, the customer service over the phone is outstanding. Darren was so kind and patient helping me find my septic system. He allowed me to send him pictures of where I was digging and help me figure out where my septic lid was. Second, after talking to other septic companies he was the only one that actually asked me what kind of pump out I needed. ( yes, there are different kinds), then educated me as to the paperwork and inspections required by the health department to sell a house.

November 14, 2016 - I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Kitsap Septic Pumping. They fit us in their schedule within just a few hours of calling. They were there the same day before 12 noon. The price was great. The service was fantastic. They were very helpful and explained what the condition of our septic system is in and gave us tips and pointers to keep it functioning. We will use their services again and I have already recommended them to someone else.

Were angry my husband was not home (I had told them to call before coming over). Said they "don't do pumps" would not recommend me to someone to look at the septic pump. "The Father-owner" told me to "shut up"....Told me my breaker is tripping. This company had to apparently install risers to bring the septic up to code before we bought it. Charged the previous owners over $3000 to do so. So when I mentioned/asked if it was possible something had jiggered loose when they did this, he replied..."I don't know, I don't guarantee my work." wow
