Contacted them over 3 weeks ago through their website to get an estimate for a roof repair. Received an email response from someone named Tiffany in the office saying someone would be in touch to schedule an appt to see the job and provide an estimate. Yeah, um, still waiting.... Why bother to have a website with a 'contact us' option if you just promptly flush those leads down the toilet? Is 3 weeks without anyone bothering to follow up, let alone give me an estimate on a repair reasonable? I don't think so. I guess it is a blessing in disguise-- if a company is going to telegraph
