Had a stump that needed to be removed and grounded down then the ground leveled and seeded with grass. So they brought some topsoil in, seeded, and put hay on it. Almost 2 months later, grass has grown… unevenly, some spots with no growth at all with a bunch of weeds including nutsedge growing amongst the new grass. Can’t put weed and feed and am left to pull the weeds out by hand. Communication wasn’t the best and Darrel the owner wasn’t the most cordial communicator either . Oh and be sure to ask for a receipt; I had to make one to show that I did pay them for the job

This is a great place! Top of the line firewood, gravel, mulch, topsoil, woodchips..etc. They do an excellent job with what they do far as tree/ shrub trimming, tree removal, lawn mowing..etc! Great customer service and Darrell Smith is an certified tree arborist. He is very knowledgeable with what he does!! I highly recommend them!

Lack of communication is a big flaw with this company. I had to call several times because the work to be done was not completed. People responsible for completion of job didn't notify management that it wasn't finished and still collected the full amount to be charged. I had to call several times just to get the job completed. I just think they should have contacted me over the problems they encountered, so we could have discussed a solution sooner. Overall experience was frustrating, but the work was done in a timely manner and the workers did an excellent job with clean up.
