My HOA management company hired them to fix the water leak in the ground floor unit and I am the owner of the third floor unit. The team arrived in my unit and saw a bidet installed in the toilet. There were no leaks or any water damage in my unit that was being caused by the bidet which was installed two years back. The technicians acknowledged the same and looked for other possible sources of leak. After three days of mitigation exercise, ground crew left stating they don't know what caused the leak. When I recently had an issue with plumbing in my second home bathroom (I am only at this residence seasonally), I was concerned about what the damage might have been in areas I couldn't access. Servpro of Edmonds came to my residence and explained all their findings, and put my mind at ease! I could have easily hired them to conduct further services, but they convinced me that it was unnecessary. Talk about integrity!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I manage over 100 single family homes for individual home owners and things happen! I run a condo association with 172 units. I have used and many of the owners have used Servpro throughout my 13 years. Always prompt and they know their business. I had a roof leak the other day when I called they were here within 30 minutes. Always there to work through the project from beginning to dry out. They work with insurance to make everything easier.

I had a water damage that flooded my garage...And I mean flooded thru the walls downstairs and basement. I was in a panic. I have never seen a quicker response..Having a home based business I needed to be up and running as soon as possible. Don't do it - they had to come out four times to take care of something that should have been dealt with appropriately the first time....
A meeting that ended in: "I'll come up with a scope of work and get back to you" (for the third time necessitating return) ended with me coming home to have my flooring pulled and two toilets removed (making my home unlivable), without capping them, three weeks later without any communication in the interim.
I do not trust this company, at all.
