My chair was just delivered. $600 and I can't sit in it. When they delivered the guys dragged it to the back. They set it down in the house. After they left I saw the two back legs were not attached properly . Now I have to wait for someone to come out and fix it.
Update they are going to refund .

We moved to Georgia last month and I always like to shop local. We just left this establishment because we were walking around for 30 minutes looking for a bedroom set and not one employee offered assistance or even spoke to us. After watching other customers walk in and the employees rushing to greet them , we decided to leave. Off to Havertys to spend my money today.
