So, my husband and I have been trying to reach out to you all for months. He wrote a review today saying you lost a customer. The owner responded, saying he's a spam. The response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and trying to figure out what is the issue, if we're calling the wrong number or email, you completely dismissed his complaint. You were referred to us by Westchester Modular Homes. We're not SPAM. We are real people, with real concerns.

Benjamin Custom Modular Homes Inc has been a builder of custom built Westchester Modular Homes for over 15 years. This company has a tremendous amount of integrity and has always been honest with customers. I am writing this in response to the review by a potential customer who has given this company a negative review for being honest! I am sorry that you do not like the message that you can not build a home today for $125 per square foot but it is a very true statement. My only wish for you is that you do not allow some unscrupulous builder to tell you that it can be done.

Don’t waste your time! The woman we met with is MISERABLE. She quoted us $250 a sq foot which would land us at $450,000 for a home that’s a little over 1,000 sq ft. “Have you seen the news?!?” She asks us when we said we were looking to spend less. Yeah duh...we’re local and half our friends/family are in construction, we were just looking at a quick and supposedly haste free option. She told us it was “IMPOSSIBLE” for us to build a small home for $125,000. Oh yeah...watch me!! Don’t let these people steal your joy or crush your dreams. Westchester Modular is notorious for splitting
