Over 30 years of experience with all product types and categories, installation procedures, materials and accessories, in various market segments such as single-family/multi-family construction, commercial construction and renovations.

Leah is a true professional. Her excellent and detailed inspection was vital in our negotiation with our builder and their contractor to completely redo our floors. She saved us countless hours, possibly months arguing with them. Not to mention the stress and aggravation that goes with these types of situations.

I hired Leah to do a tile inspection and she was very knowledgeable, and thorough regarding all aspects of tile installation. Due to her vast knowledge and skill I was able to get a positive outcome with the installing company. Her inspection and subsequent report was spot on with what the issues were.
