Very good experience working with John at Connecticut Kitchen and Bath. He completely re-organized two dysfunctional bathrooms. The actual remodel process took a little longer than expected to complete (more the contractor's responsibility than John's), but we are very happy with the end result. All work, designs, and estimate were well explained and prepared. Kitchen remodel was started and completed on schedule and in a reasonable amount of time. The three contractors involved with my project did great work and were very friendly and cooperative. It was good to have John here when the cabinets were delivered to check list it all. Visited his granite supplier three times and they were helpful and friendly also. I would use ct kitchen and bath again and recommend to others.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen and alter the layout to have a better flow. John Yates came up with an amazing design and we just love it. The whole process went smoothly. It was one stop shopping - we were able to pick out the cabinets, hardware, counters, and plumbing fixtures right from John's store. He also arranged for a contractor to handle the install and all went very smoothly and there were no issues and the project was completed on schedule. John Yates did a wonderful job working with us to design and remodel our kitchen. From the start, he worked with our budget in mind, secured an excellent contractor that he had worked with regularly, and offered some new ideas to compliment the ideas we came in with. John made excellent recommendations for fixtures, faucets, etc. and we are happy with everything. When a few cabinets were delivered from the cabinet company with a few issues, he stayed with the company until all issues were resolved satisfactorily for us. I had a bad experience working with John and lost $3k on his "retainer" for the design help he provided. I went along with the concept because I fully expected to buy cabinets from John. He appeared offended when I informed him that I was looking at other vendors as well. He worked cost options manually, continuously reminding me that it was a lot of work to rework the design and all the numbers with different cabinet makers. Working with John was a pleasure! The kitchen island and new countertops we purchased have updated our home beautifully! We get such nice complements about the new kitchen! John spent a lot of time making sure I knew what I wanted in an updated space and sharing ideas about materials and options within my budget. I had to bring my kids into the showroom a couple of times and Eileen, his wife, was an absolute joy and took time to make sure my kiddos had books to read and toys to play with. John came to our home (again) when I was reconsidering the size and placement of the island. It looks perfect

We desired to remodel our Master Bathroom but both my husband and I do not enjoy this kind of thing. We know what we like once it is done, but do not enjoy the design or remodel process. This completely changed with John at CT Kitchen and Bath. He made it actually enjoyable from designing to final product. He and the workers he hired were all absolutely fantastic to work with, so much so we ended up having John design and remodel 6 bathrooms of ours!!! The whole project was smooth, timely, full of integrity, and the work is outstanding! We greatly enjoyed working with them and have the upmost respect
