Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required during the promotional period. Making minimal monthly payments during the promotional period will not pay off the entire principal balance. Interest is billed during the promotional period, but all interest is waived if the purchase amount is paid in full before the expiration of the promotional period.

This mid-century modern home on the South Side of Des Moines was designed by Nicholas Donlin, owner of Zenith Design + Build, and Unfold Architecture. It was built by Zenith Design + Build. The interiors were designed by Aurora Design Group.

We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with on our remodeling project. From our initial contacts with Kelly to our meetings with Nicholas and our designer, Jamel, and then into the actual work, everyone has been friendly, punctual, enthusiastic and professional about our project. Nicholas helped us shape the project scope to get the most for our budget, and Jamel provided just the right amount of guidance as we made our design selections. Mark, our project manager, has been patient with our questions and quick to respond to concerns. Communication has been great, everyone has been good

Zenith was amazing to work with. Our project managers (Jon, Keith and Aiden)were very friendly and all contractors were professional. They all tolerated my 100 questions. They are the most honest company I could have done business with. I am glad we found them and would recommend them to anyone. They were always upfront with cost, letting us know if the work we requested would be worth the cost, honest with turn times and worked some weekends to ensure our deadline was met. From design (thank you Julieta) to the finished product we couldn’t have asked for much more!! Thank You Zenith!!

We had a bath and closet addition added to our Beaverdale home. We weren't sure how it would turn out since the age of most Beaverdale homes are very old. We met Kelly and started the conversation. Leter met with Nicholas and then Julietta and the project started. All the crews on site were great to work with. Everyone was very responsive. The end result was far above expectations. Zenith did not cut any corners and did far above average work. I was hesitant on some of the design features but once they fell into place was absolutely more than impressed. Zenith is a superior design and build company

Called to get some help with a small bathroom fix and spoke to Kelly. She was very helpful and honest. Said they would be happy to coordinate things but after hearing about the scope of the project suggested it would save us some money by using a couple professionals instead. Really appreciate her help and walking me through what we should do. It is really nice knowing how well they even treat a random phone call. I am sure working with them would be a pleasure. A year ago I hired Zenith to do a total kitchen remodel. I am thrilled with the result. Nicholas was a pleasure to work with. He and his team designed a beautiful space and stayed within my budget as well as completing the project in the estimated time. Everyone who worked on the kitchen was professional and kept me well informed. My house is old and they were able to problem solve issues without compromising the design or cutting corners. I have received so many compliments on the new kitchen and I love it more a year later. I would highly recommend Zenith for any home project.

I highly recommend Zenith Design and Build. Previously, they built a house in my neighborhood that I loved and met them several times before I inquired about my basement project. Nicholas, Jim and team just completed my basement finishing perfectly. We brainstormed the design together and the organization, timeliness and professionalism was top notch. Everyone that was hired for the job was professional, courteous and excellent communicators. I wish this company had built built my entire house and not just the basement.

This is an overdue review, but it’s also important to understand the work pre and post completion. Let’s start by saying we made the right choice to go with Zenith Design Build to finish our basement. From the planning process, the follow-up and finally the finished project − their team is second to none.
I was initially impressed with Nicholas’ professional demeanor. He is flexible, dependable and easy to be candid with. Beyond that − his team’s communication, notably Jim, was timely and accurate. Communication was the top criteria I was looking for when meeting with different builders
