Tim O'Brien, owner/installer master of wood floors started this business on his own after relocating from sunny California. He has relocated this business to Spencer Iowa where we have a beautiful downtown showroom on Grand Ave.
We have our Showroom filled with many samples of distressed flooring, engineered or solid. So many options to choose from. Stop in and see all the different lines of floors that are available. We also carry Bona cleaning products, kits, etc. to keep your floors at their best. Recently we bought a home that had old carpet, which was ripped out.
Tim came out promptly to make his recommendations for repairing and refinishing downstairs, as well as a cost effective option for new hardwood floors throughout the upstairs. His equipment left little to no dust and he never left a mess. We would recommend Tim to anyone.

We were established in 2009 and have been serving the Iowa Great Lakes area since, by helping homeowners design and beautify their their wood floors. With over 20 years of experience professionally installing and sanding and finishing wood floors of all types, we will work diligently to make the experience clean, quick and convenient for you.
We install both unfinished and pre-finished hardwood floors. This process starts with a thorough inspection of the home, from the moisture content of the structure, proper drainage at the exterior to the HVAC operation. We take a look at the big picture to insure our product will stand the test of time.
