I asked for recommendations for a HVAC company on a Hendersonville Facebook page, I was looking for a Veteran & family owned and operated business and an employee of Thompson Mechanical reached out to me. I called the following day, paid an $89 fee to inspect, that same day 5/20/2021 someone came out to inspect. Its been a week now since initial contact, and Im no closer to having my A/C issue resolved. Ive been waiting for a call or email from someone with a proposal and estimated costs. After a week of no contact, yesterday, 5/26/2021 iI called and left a message, I finally received a call back

Better than I could have hoped for. My A/C went down on Sunday afternoon. I called Thompson Mechanical at 8:15 Monday morning. They came and fixed the unit by noon. I called them due to my neighbors satisfaction with their maintenance. I'm glad I did and will use them without hesitation.

I manage a vacation property with 10 cabins. It never fails that if something is going to break or go out it happens on a Saturday afternoon right before check in. Yesterday that happened and I called Thompson Mechanical and with in no time they had an experienced service tech here that fixed the problem. This is not the first time that I have called them in this situation and they have always been there for us! We have used Thompson Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs for the past five years and been extremely happy with their service. They are very quick to respond to any problems. We recently had Thompson install two new Bosch heat pumps. Super easy to work with. Very happy with the quality of work. I would also definitely recommend the annual service contract Thompson.
