They charge more per hour and take longer then other local excavating businesses. Did a horrible job sealing my concrete the floor looks like it has zebra stripes

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Took over a month for anyone to call us back, than the day before they show up they call me saying they will be there the next day at 7:00 a.m. They left stumps and big rocks laying all over the yard when it was to be hauled away and ground was not level. If I wasn't under a contract i would have went with H&H!

Been calling for over three weeks now and no one has ever called back. Every time we call, we get told that the message was given to the owner to call us and that is all he can do.
