A Giving Circle is a charitable event that selects local non-profits to be the recipient of monies raised through an evening gala with silent auction and prizes. The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) is an international organization supporting the growth and development of entrepreneurs running medium-large sized businesses.
From childhood, founder and principal James Escobar (Jim) knew he was to change the world through the practice of architecture. With a passion for art and growing up in a home where construction was a weekly activity, he developed all the resources necessary to not only know how to build, but how to design.

Prior to this experience I had never interacted with NeUdesign or any of its employees. I cannot say enough good things about Charles Matthews. He went above and beyond at each point along the way. He did superb work drafting and submitting our Tenant Improvements and even came back six months later when the city lost some documents and jumped in without hesitation. If you are looking for someone honest, hardworking and responsive Charles is your guy.

Jim and Kristin and team did an outstanding job getting a full plan set into the city for our planned 30 unit three story multi family project in record time. Great coordination with the consultants, and good communication all around- very responsive to our needs. We needed to get a full plan set into the city before their anticipated large fee increase, and they met the goal ! Creative, timely, priced fair, we like working with them.

While building an agricultural grain cleaning complex in central Utah I solicited Jim’s help. His advise was spot on, and saved me time and money. I’ve worked with engineers in the past and have often been disillusioned by the feeling that they place watching their own back and padding their own pocket before the client. Not so with Jim - my interests were his primary concern, and it showed in the way he spoke to me, the service he rendered, and how I was billed.

NeUdesign was our architect in 2016/17 for a new 18,000 SF HQ office and steel fabrication shop. They were easy to work with, very timely in the drawing updating and helped us from beginning to end with the project. Very cost effective and responsive service! I would recommend them and I have managed projects for 40 years with hundreds of architects.

As a Property Manager with several different buildings and tenants I have had the opportunity to work with neUdesign on several projects tenant improvements. I have found them to be professional, efficient, informative and helpful. First time for me working with an architect on a project. It was a great experience. Amanda and Jim were the principals on my project and they were more than capable. Our finished project looks great and works well.
We gave them a "shot" at the project and they stayed "on target" from start to finish. They totally hit the "bullseye." Well done.
