I purchased a vehicle from Keith. It took him over a month to obtain a title and license plate for it. At that time, he had promised to pay for the removal of the license plate screws on the rear of the vehicle because he'd had a teenager install them with his dealer plate and they were overtightened, breaking the plate that they screw into. When I returned to have him do this, he changed his mind and REFUSED to remedy the problem OR reimburse me for having to take it to a repair shop. I highly recommend Pine City Auto Sales. They are definitely one of the better used car dealers I've dealt with. Keith was very kind, personable, and reasonable. My family was looking for a Toyota van/SUV and were struggling to find a quality one at a good price. I found it here, and went down at moments notice. We got there about a half hour before close. Keith was nice enough to let us check over the vehicle and test drive it, even though it was a Friday. We are thankful for his patience and kindness. Our "new" to us 2005 Sienna has been great thus far.

Keith and his wife are great. They have the best guard dogs in the county as well. Keith found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. It wasn't an easy task, since I looked for 3 months with no luck. I was so happy, I even opted to use the warranty company (even though the vehicle he found for me still had a little factory warranty left on it) he suggested just because I felt he had the knowledge and experience to back this company. Plus, his suggestion for a good finance bank got me a huge decrease in the interest rate and an additional year to pay it off.

WOW! we had a car breakdown this past weekend (on a Thursday) and Nancy and Keith went above and beyond by "saving the day" and offering us a rental vehicle for the weekend. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. I can't say enough about their willingness to help us and we had a wonderful weekend with friends Up North after all!! Thank you Nancy & Keith!
