We had the sales package in January 2021 we sat a date for about April. 3 windows on side off dining room were solid and we had 3 windows at bottom open up. We also had a solid glass off our back living room we had a section open up on that one too. There were many delays in getting our order of windows. I believe I called more to check on order. The windows are exactly what we wanted them to improve cross ventilation and lower our use of air condition. Final install was done June 1st. The installers were pleasant spoke good English and showed my daughter and myself how to bring screen down or

I will echo the sentiments of pretty much every other one-star review for this company. I am called about every other day by this company. They ask for someone who isn't me. I've told them each and every time they have the wrong number and to not call me again. Like everyone else here, the calls do not stop.

They did an awesome job installing 13 windows and 1 patio door in our house. The windows and door were original to the house, and the change in product looks so much cleaner and nicer now.

North Country has been a pleasure to work with! Their staff was great at the Home Show, and I had a rep at my house in about 2 days after I called to set up an estimate. Their windows are awesome, but what got me were their rates! RBA windows had given me an estimate that wasn't even close to what I got from North Country, plus, my new windows look better than anything anybody else had to offer. Everybody else offers lots of frame, but smaller glass. These windows save the view!

We just had all of our windows, garage and patio doors replaced and we love them. The installation crew were always on time, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything passed our inspection. We were told that it might take up to a week to install because of the large order but everything was finished in three days. We highly recommend North Country Windows and Bath if you are looking to replace your windows. Top quality product and beautiful.

We are very happy with the workmanship of our new triple insulated glass casement windows. They are pvc vinyl Solace triple pane windows.
I read many, many reviews from window replacement companies, and along with a recommendation from my parents who used North County for their new patio doors, we chose them
The installers, Tony and Greg, were top notch and very efficient and knowledgeable. They both have YEARS of experience under their belts.
Joe, operations manager, was pleasant and flexible with our schedule.
They team cleaned up everything both indoors and outside and left nothing behind

Tony and Greg did a great job. They were professional and very courteous. Barely knew they were there. They showed up on time and finished when they said. We had 18 windows replaced and the new ones look great. Tony even went out of his way to clean out the gutter he noticed was clogged up while he was installing one of the windows. All in all we are very happy with this company. Before they left they cleaned up everything and demonstrated the operation of the windows and best way to clean them. Thank you for a job well done.
