We used Earthworks for the third time; twice on our old house and once on our new house. Mike is a pleasure to deal with and his crew is talented. The yard came out exactly as I expected and Mike is knowledgeable when it comes to resolving problem corners and making suggestions that enhance the beauty. I'd recommend Earthworks for any landscaping job.

Mike assured me before he left my property that there were "no leaks" following a three irrigation valve replacement by his company.
When one of the irrigation boxes filled with water overnight, I realized that there indeed was a leak where his crew had been working the day before.
I called, and was given a weak explanation, and advice that was unrealistic, even though I am not an "irrigation specialist".
I called again, and was not afforded the courtesy of a call back whatsoever. I waited over the weekend to see if Mike would make the matter right, but no call back ever came

Mike did a great job doing a grass conversion project recently. He was here everyday making sure everything is done right. He was quick to understand our needs and always flexible to accommodate our ideas. The quality is top notch and the price is reasonable. All of these reviews are years old so let me update everyone who is considering using this company. My neighbor hired them to remove the lawn and put in desert landscaping. In the process they did not correctly measure the property line and cut into my yard and broke two sprinkler lines. When my system comes on it shoots up a water spout wasting water. I contacted the company phone number on Saturday 2/22 and have yet to have them have the courtesy to contact me even though they damaged my property and they state they are open 6 to 6 everyday but Sunday. Just went thru a front yard conversion from grass to desert-scape and Mike O'Neill, the owner of Earthworks, was fantastic throughout the whole process. From design, demo, plant selection and installation, Mike was both extremely helpful and very professional! He personally submitted the plan to our HOA for approval and to the Southern Nevada Water Authority for a water-smart rebate. I can happily say that we've found the company we'll turn to for all of our landscaping needs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Earthworks to anyone else.

Mike and crew are currently converting my lawn to water-smart landscaping and so far, so good. (Oct 2014) I explained my needs and concerns to Mike and he listened. He created a design plan for me that met my needs, and was open to discussion and changes. He then provided me with a written estimate and a revised plan than he took to my HOA for approval and submitted to SNWA for a rebate. He answers my questions directly and returns my calls. He's been reliable and done what he has said that he would do. I have no complaints and I look forward to seeing the final results. I anticipate

Mike O'Neil has been looking after our landscaping needs for years. We have never had any problems and he has always been responsive to our needs and to any issues that have arisen.
We have recommended him to friends and family and he has always ensured that all work is completed to our satisfaction before any money changes hands. We have even had him work with artificial grass and Christmas lighting and his guys have always been up to the job.
Can't recommend earthworks enough!

We recently had our entire front/rear yard completely made over - all new plants, re-contoured & re-designed the front yard, new granite rock front/rear, front patio area redone with pavers, a sidewalk constructed alongside the house and a whole new irrigation system front and rear. They did a phenomenal job. The owner is a great guy who is attentive to your needs and monitors the work from beginning to end. He's not satisfied until you're satisfied. Wow.... The owner and his crew are some of the hardest working bunch of guys I have ever met. I highly recommend Earthworks.
