Had them do rough-in plumbing and PEX for hydronic heat under a new 1,400 SF slab. 1 full bath, 1 half bath, and a small laundry room. Bill was $9K. Put in the wrong PEX pipe for a heating system so I had to rip out my new steel radiant heaters and buy special non-ferrous equipment for my boiler. Time will tell what the long-term effects will be on my boiler system. Shower drain is right next to the wall instead of in the center of the 48" shower so have to try cut the floor out without hitting the heat piping.

While trying to collect payment for a service call that was actually covered under warranty, a representative of this company came to our home (two disabled senior citizens) demanding payment. When my husband told him I was in bed sick, and that I did the bookwork and payed the bills (this company is not included as their bill is void), the representative had the nerve to tell my husband "WHY DOES YOUR WIFE WEAR THE PANTS IN THE FAMILY". This is the most disrespectful treatment we have ever had from any customer service, and is harassment of disabled seniors. I would highly recommend that everyone
