We are most frequently asked to build kitchen and bathroom cabinets, but we also do installations throughout the rest of the house and even garages and workshops. Ordered custom cabinets through our builder. Within 2 years the oil based finish was cracking and chipping off. We took a door to Harris and he had two teenagers working there who were very unprofessional. They accused us of having water on the cabinets; however, this door was nowhere near the sink. They charged us $50 for less than 2 ounces of oil based finish that did not match. I showed the door to a painter, and he said that the wood was not treated property and appeared to have been weathered wood to begin with. I will now have to pay to have the cabinetry refinished properly. Do not use this

I ordered a vanity about 10 months ago. I was promised by Christmas, and again the following week only to be told there are big jobs ahead of me and I shouldn't be much longer. How about you guys just say that you're busy and won't be able to help me? I have 34 years in construction I have never met any business so insifiant with total disregard for customer service.
