Terrible service and the 6 month guarantee policy is a joke. We have had multiple issues with the system from day 1 and given misinformation. We were told if we have technicians out 3 times we could cancel the policy. However, they did not mention it had to be revamped security technicians not ADT technicians. So now we are trying to get someone out again because our cameras are broken and suddenly there are "no technicians available for 2 weeks". Which is conveniently when we will be no longer eligible for the 6 month guarantee. Not satisfied and would NOT recommend.

This company is THE WORST SECURITY company I have ever deal with!! Their sales agent name JUSTUS contacted me when I moved to a new house. He told me since I already have an acoount with ADT on my old house, he can just transferred the old account to the new one, and it will take 2 weeks to complete the transfer. He even told me that he will send me $100 gift card to cover the installation fee. And 2 months after they installed new system at my new house, I'm still getting charged for the old account and of course no gift card!! I have wasted my time to contact ADT to have them transferred the

I unfortunately had a bad experience. The agent that came too my home up sold me and unfortunately locked me into a contract that I verbally not made aware of. I only had a 3 day cancelation which i called too cancel on the 4th day and was told I had too remain with the services. I paid cod 401.00 then I have 2 more payments of 330.00 because of him taking advantage of my kindness and thinking this was part of my installation. I'm very upset that I'm not happy with the company my experience was not a good one.

To work for this company you need to have 100 dollars for gas that you'll spend every week alone and you'll have to make 375 in commission before you ever see any real money which definitely isn't east to start. Plus you'll be going to 4 weekly meeting that are more than pointless. I believe I went to 2 overall meeting that had any value at all besides wasting my money on gas and my time. Your only amd valuable as your numbers here. If you have a family or are low on money I definitely do not recommend this job at all.

His product knowledge, professionalism, and salesmanship helped make a good decision about the ADT security services. After setting up and scheduling the services Jake came and installed everything per the initial consultation. He was professional and technically proficient. Jake answered all the tech queries I had and provided all the information I needed to use my equipment effectively. The customer service expectations were far exceeded by these 2 associates and they deserve the highest of compliment

We just purchased our first home and we were already exploring options for added security. So we were thrilled when we had our sales man reach out Saturday and got it installed the same day! There was some slight damage during install. He was getting as close to the corner as possible and drove into the wall next to it... nothing we can't fix. Other than that it was a great experience and we are happy with the price and the equipment!
