I could tell Chris Dockery was the type of builder I wanted to work with as soon as I met him. It went beyond the traditional, conservative values I admire. Chris was different in his attitude. The other builders I interviewed wanted to do things their way and talk about upgrades. As the son and grandson of well-regarded builders and architects, I wasn't interested in anyone who viewed doing things my way as an upgrade.

Top notch construction company. Chris is an honest man an true to his word. I'm having them build an addition to my cabin and have been completely satisfied. They do excellent work at a fair price and go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. I would highly recommend them so give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Dockco Construction is the absolute best home builder in the area! They are building our retirement dream home and are almost finished. It becomes more breathtaking everyday we go up to see it. I cannot say enough about Chris Dockery and his office staff and his crew and all of his contractors!
