AVOID!! Edwin and his band of thugs are thieves. I, unfortunately, inherited their assignment during a home sale where the previous owner contracted them for a drain field replacement and a new septic line. They often abandoned the project and ultimately ran late by months. During that time, Edwin provided to be a poor communicator, failed inspections (!!), and overcharged us by $600. After reconciling our billing and bringing the discrepancy to Edwin's attention, he admitted an accounting error and agreed to pay us back. Two months later, he decided he was going to retroactively charge us

Awesome experience with them! They fixed a terrible job done by another company and I am so grateful for that. The previous company was supposedly a reputable company but they installed my septic system with many mistakes from the get go. It took AAA Pro a little long to send me a proposal but it was worth waiting and I had a very good impression from the technician (Lee) . So after I spoke to owner (Edwin) I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite, I decided to give them the job which was finally done right. We hired this company to do a septic certification. The owner pieced everything out to overcharge us. I had to spend almost double because I had to hire someone else to do the job after weeks of back and forth. I reached out and for days at a time wouldn’t hear back from him. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This company is awesome! I woke up to an apartment flooded due to my septic tank having an issue. I called and they told me that they would not be able to make it to my house until late afternoon, but they made it out in under an hour! The technician literally emptied our septic tank and removed the soil that was inside, in less than an hour and a half! Literally a life saver and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Especially this being a holiday weekend (Easter) I am so grateful that AAA Pro Plumbing was the first # I came across. Thank you so much, I will/would definitely recommend 🙏🏽

I never leave any reviews, but this time i want to, because Edwin with AAA got me out of a really bad situation. Very professional. Great service. Good prices. We had an emergency situation with our septic. We called dozens of companies before speaking with Edwin from AAA. He was the only person who took his time to listen to our problem, asked the right questions, then explained in plain terms what, why and when it would cost to do our septic system. He explained different options, and in the end saved us a lot of money. So if you are looking for a professional, honest, and responsive plumber

We had a pre-set apt. And they came 1.5 hours late. They took forever, had very poor attitude and then tried to scare us into replacing septic tank by saying the septic tank had a leakage when there was no proof... soil was dry and compact. It was obvious they were trying to get a $$$ contract out of the visit..don't trust..BEWARE! Scammers!

They are always prompt, courteous, provide excellent service, and most importantly know what they are doing. They've done everything for me from new plumbing installation/infrastructure on our new building, to run of the mill septic tank and sewer lines repair and service.

I am writing this review because of the positive experience I had using AAA Above All Septic and Drain Company. It started with the first person (a lady) who schedule the appointment and gave me the quote. On Tuesday, the day of the schedule appointment, Robert arrived on time, dig the area to find the septic tank cover and Octavio Rivas arrived within minutes with the truck and the tank was clean within the specified time block. They were courteous and respectful and gave me a few pointers to keep my tank in working orders. I strongly recommend this company.

Reliable and Trustworthy! No job is too big or too small. I recommend this company to everyone I know. Not only are they affordable but they are very good at what they do. We've used them for a big job at our house as well as minor clogging issues. I've had issues after hours and they always seem to arrive quickly.
