Great work by Joe and his team. They removed at least seven trees and about 11 stumps. Joe suggested items that we hadn't thought of that would improve the health of the trees. The trimmed trees look more airy and balanced, and were trimmed away from the house. He also referred us to a pest control person to remove the hornet nest he discovered, and a fence person to fix our gate problem. All in all, a great experience!

Joe and his crew did an amazing job on a very difficult project. We had a very large tree in a hard to access backyard that needed removed, and a large oak tree that needed significant trimming. From the start, he was very responsive with communication, assessed the project in a timely manner, and gave a very fair quote. He called me prior to the project twice to update me on the timeline and procedures, which I greatly appreciated! The final product was completed perfectly in a timely manner. I was even impressed with the clean-up. They left my yard looking very neat- not a twig, leaf, or stray

We had Joe and his team remove three dead trees and trim a 4th one to help keep our home safe. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly and informative. Our property was cleaner than when they arrived and it's been one of our best experiences since we bought the house in 2020. I highly recommend Scapes to anyone that needs comparable work done on their property. We're definitely going to use them again when the need arises.

I recently received an over estimated proposal for landscaping/wall rebuild from. He came out on Monday and never emailed the bid as he stated he would.
Finally I called on Friday and got it hours later. The date says the 11th, when he knows good and well this was made up after the phone call I made.
If you don't want to do the job, just say it. Why over estimate a bid just so the customer will decline. This is bad business. The bid is the price of a vehicle. Over 7k.

Joe and his crew did a great job of trimming 3 large trees. Had to climb these trees to do the work which was quite something. They were very professional and respectful of our property and the adjoining neighbors. Cleaned up everything very well. The fee was fair, reasonable and competitive. Today (8.10.20), Joe and his team from Scapes, Inc completed the removal of a 75ft, 4 ft in diameter tree. They did an amazing job. The entire process was extremely professional from Joe's initial written proposal (including his insurance info and scheduling a 30 ton crane to assist with the project), to various communications throughout the process, culminating with the actual work itself which he was able to complete sooner than he initially thought. He completed the job for the exact price of the quote and was more affordable than 3 other quotes I received. His team did a great job cleaning

The experience with Joe and his team was exceptional. First of all we reached out to several companies to trim our trees, since the front tree was so overgrown and touching our house and blocking the sidewalk. We needed someone quickly and efficient.
