We are a professional window installation company providing commercial and residential window services in the San Antonio and Surrounding Areas. Most window installations take one day. Once we have visited your home and learn how many windows we will be replacing we will let you know exactly how long your installation will take.

Anthony came out to my home and was very knowledgable with the product. I had several questions in regards to their warranty and the quality of their product and Anthony was able to answer my questions without any hesitation and showed me their VERY SIMPLE warranty.
I found loopholes for other window agencies but window source does not have any loopholes and their warranty is very clear and to the point.
I proceeded to making a purchase with Window Source thanks to Anthony’s customer service, their quality of windows, and their amazing prices.

Ordered my windows on November 2020 and paid cash. In March of 2021 they installed all but one window because measurements where wrong. After numerous of appointments (3) and moving furniture away from the window. they still can't seem to get it right. Here we're in October 2021 My appointment was scheduled for the 18th @ 9am -11am no courteous call was made to us that they are running late. Until I called the main office. Running late be there at 1pm. I have lost time from work for every appointment made. Promises where made . I was trying to hold off on writing a review .

I have to say few business today can do what Window Source did. First off. Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. It did take awhile for windows to come in, but that is no fault of the company. Installation was very professional and prompt. The windows are great quality and they repaired issues during installation with no problems. They have earned my upmost respect. I hope more people consider Window Source. Sales director Anthony Came out and gave an excellent and informative presentation. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had regarding my window project. Their office manager Joseph was very professional and communicated very well throughout the process. Follow Up Review: After reading my review, two employees of The Window Source showed up at my home and we talked about my concerns. They first apologized for the miscommunication and they also explained to me some of the issues that were due in part to the manufacturer. The Window Source design consultants were experienced in design, even super imposing a 10 ft door to allow me a preview of their product. When their installers came in they were extremely professional, in no time they had taken down the door and installed the new door, sweeping and cleaning. The finished product was as, if the door was a New Home installation. The Window Source continued in replacing my home’s windows.
