Had a tricky tree removal situation and they navigated as Denise had discussed.
I found Denise to be personable and professional. My neighbor recommended black diamond and had the same to say about Denise.
Their team removed a few ash trees and did some tree maintenance around my yard. They chipped up some smaller trees and branches. Per our earlier call they left them where I asked.
Denise called and later stopped by to check on my satisfaction. I’ll be sure to recommend black diamond and use them in the future.

We had 3 large trees that were leaning towards our new log home. Called BDTS and Denise came out right away for an estimate. The price was very fair and Bill arrived exactly on time to begin the work. Because it was not possible to use the lift to top the trees, they needed to be taken down whole and away from the house. Bill and the crew dropped the trees perfectly and safely. This is our second time hiring BDTS to take down problem trees, and we will use them again in the future as well as tell everybody we know (and don't know like you!) to use this excellent company for all your tree work.

This company is the gold standard for tree services. The communication before and after the job is exceptional. We were both on site and off site while communicating about some challenging tree removal. Denise was superb in sending photos with circles and diagrams as well as notes to make sure we were on the same page before any work was done. Her quotes were confidence builders of detail before starting the job. Execution of the project was of the highest degree. The cleanup after the felling and stump grinding far exceeded any services I have used on other properties. Thank you exceeding expectations

We had Black Diamond Tree Service come to look at trees we needed to have removed as they were dead and near our home and had a danger of falling onto the house. They arrived on time and walked around our yard, very knowledgeable and helped us to prioritize which trees we could safely keep and which would need to be taken down. I highly recommend Denise and Black Diamond Tree Service. I called and sent out 3 emails to various companies for comparison. All three responded and gave me quotes. Denise was the only one to send over a full itemized quote via email and followed up with a phone call to go over it. Their price was the best and with a few minor add ons/changes the price didn't go up. They worked around my schedule. Jason and Aaron showed up at 7:30 ready to work. They did a fantastic job and after they left, the clean was great. Other then the trees and limbs missing you wouldn't know they were there.

Where do I begin? Denise and Bill are tree lovers and a thoughtful eye for what needs to be done to get the best outcome...cost, time, and appearance-wise. They schedule their crews in advance and communicate regularly. Their guys are thoughtful, efficient, professional, safe, communicative and friendly. And the outcome? Professional and friendly team. Responsive. Performed high quality work in a safe manner. Listened carefully to what we wanted. Made suggestions for additional tree removal and explained reasoning clearly. Gave us a lot of options for handling cut trees - we sent logs and chips off site, left a few logs on ground that we will move our selves, had some firewood cut, kept a small pile of chips and got some nice cherry logs to build furniture out of. Team worked hard all day, managed expectations and over-delivered. Left site in beautiful shape. We highly recommend Black Diamond!

I had a tree that was in a very dangerous spot leaning hard on the power and data lines and another that was leaning directly over my roof, both poplars of course. I called Black Diamond on Saturday night and Monday morning they were there bright and early to take care of the job. They also advised me on a few other dead or potential hazards and I had them removed while they were there. They were professional and picked up almost every piece of bark, literally, I would have never known they were there minus the void in my wood line of 4 trees. This family owned and operated business was a pleasure
