Nick called, arrived on time, and came fully informed about the job and ready to start. I have had my alarm system with them since September 2016 and had no issues. When I got a second home in October 2018, I decided to also use their service. I recently only stayed with one home and cancelled the alarm no longer under contract. This was back in September 2020, paid a tech to come out and set up the alarm in the home I stayed with. I recently checked my statements and realized I am staying paying for both systems. Therefore, I have been paying for the past 3 months for two alarm systems, which is why I paid a tech to come out to set up and make sure this would not happen. The issue

All in all a great experience with these guys but I would just say be mindful of the contract. Mine was 3 years and at the end of 2 years I ended up selling my house and I'm having to continue to pay for the system until the end of the 3 years. I thought I was going to stay longer in my home but I ended up selling it. Great people here, you'll get a great product but just be mindful of the length.
