Great installation crew - took out the old and installed a beautiful new fence so my pups can run around to their hearts content. Came two weeks sooner than anticipated (of course they let me know in advance) showed up when they said they would and knocked it out in a day. Did a nice job cleaning up too! We couldn’t be more pleased. If you want quality and great service they are the go to fence guys!

Installation team (Cody!!) was absolutely wonderful. Wow, did they do a fantastic job and were just kind. However, working with the company itself is a nightmare.
The estimator, management and scheduling team was just awful. It seems that Rusticraft has fallen into the pit of resting on their laurels. They are one of the leading fence companies here in Chester County and they act like it. They don't try to serve; they don't try to grow; they don't try to win new customers. This was a nightmare of a company to deal with. Problems from the first five minutes of stepping into the store, and until the final phone call. The "fence expert" Lynn was the lady whom I dealt with. She started me through my process of ordering materials for my first fence job. About five minutes into giving her the dimensions for the layout of… the fence she ignored me for the contractor behind me to either complete a sale or start a new one. I was upset to been blown off without a "sorry sir do you mind if I help out this contractor quickly". NOTHING, JUST COMPLETELY PUSHED OFF TO THE

Big shout out to Rusticraft Fence Company! They installed our fence four years ago and have come back for occasional maintenance and repairs, like replacing the magnetic latches when they weren't sufficient to keep our dogs in or shoring up a few posts when flooding caused the ground to shift. They've always been professional and helpful, doing a… good job whenever we've called.
