It's been an ongoing saga since January 2021 it's now October 2021 and they have yet to finish the work .... they measured the wrong sizes then they had to come and remeasure and tell me how the last guy was awful and they fired him and when they came to put them in and guess what?!?! they measured it wrong again!!! NoW I have Windows one of them is got slats on the side of the window trying to make it fit because it was too small... they have never finished the flashing the windows .... They don't lock ...they are not level and when you call their number they either "A"

My father in paid cash for the windows and has had the installation scheduled and canceled 4 times. He had told them at this point to deliver the windows and he will hire someone else to install them. We still have not seen the windows that he paid for. I would strongly suggest you DO NOT BUY windows from this company.

Do yourself a favor, dont deal with this company. They screwed up my orders, big time. Wrong measurements of windows were made which caused a big mess. Not to mention my order took 4 months. People working behind are not competent, owner doesn't take accountability either. Save yourself the headache. You get what you paid for.
