Sam and his crew did an amazing job on our kitchen. He came in and saved our project after we had ordered cabinets through another contractor and that contractor disappeared on us. There were a couple hurdles which happens in projects this big, but it all worked out and we cannot be more pleased.

Sam and his team did an amazing job remodeling our two bathrooms. The work was very technical in nature (neon signs for our daughter, mosaic walls, moving and extending plumbing) but Sam is surrounded by a team of tradesmen that can more than handle the job. Furthermore, Sam was very responsive when it came to resolving any issues post-completion. We had a situation where we had some hollow tiles in the bathroom and Sam had it resolved within the week. Custom homes did an amazing job on our home project and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and attention to detail. Its very hard these days to find competent and trust worthy contracting groups but Custom Homes hits all of the check boxes. We will certainly be using them again for future renovations.

I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for 16 years and have been very disappointed with the quality of contractors in this area. We found Sam and hired him to do a major renovation of bedrooms and bathrooms. I was AMAZED. He is professional, trustworthy, responsive and keeps his promises. Even better, the work was outstanding and a few small issues were corrected right away. Pricing was fair (good value for hight quality). I don't usually write reviews; but in this case feel that I must. Sam is the best and you'd be crazy not to contact him!

My wife and I moved here from Missouri 3 yrs ago and knew we wanted to build a house on the water. We engaged with Sam and his team to design our home. We were happy to find a company that could handle all of our needs from start to finish. A very professional company, they had systems for keeping us informed and updated throughout the entire building process. At any point we could login online and know exactly where we were in the project. I would definitely recommend they to anyone looking to build!

Sam and his team did a great job remodeling my place. I had siding added to the front of the house, a new garage door put in, new gutters, the roof pressure washed and painted, and the front painted. Sam and his team worked until the weather stopped him from doing so. Everything was done quickly and I knew what was supposed to happen on any given day. I would highly recommend Sam to others getting work done in the area.
