I called the company late in the day, got a cheerful, competent customer service scheduler. She worked with to get an appointment as quickly as they could. That day the driver called ahead of arrival, came on site, setup his equipment, performed the service(outside, in single digit weather, with septic water) in about an hour, cleaned up the surrounding area, putting the Tao cover back on. He did clean himself up and sanitized his hands before filling out my paperwork. Then he met with me to discuss what he did, before leaving. Excellent Customer Service. Responded quickly with any questions I had. The guy who came out to my house did a great job, even though I wasn’t home, he took the time to call me to report on anything I might need to do in the future, he was very informative. The service was exceptional. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Emily was pleasant and able to get me scheduled at a convenient time. I was contacted prior to the service man's arrival. He worked quickly and left the area clean. Extremely convenient as I didn't even have to be home for him to perform the service. I will definitely use this company again.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient. They asked to change my original appointment to earlier in the week because “they had a truck in our area.” Daryl, the waste management professional was great. Called before arrival and arrived as promised. He went straight to work and was finished in just about an hour. He answered my husband’s questions and was totally professional. Quality work at a fair price. Our high liquid level alarm on the septic system triggered. We called Johnson as they had recently pumped the tank. They came out that same morning to trouble shoot, determining it was the pump itself that had gone bad (not related to our recent pump out of the tanks). They needed to pump out the tank to replace the pump and gave us a fair price. Throughout they have all been friendly, professional and great at communicating. Adam answered all my questions. They cleaned up the work site completely. We highly recommend!
