Will not work with this company again. The Office is very rude, they do not give you a time and date they will be there when you schedule appt.. both times I used them they waited 2 weeks to do the work, and every time you call in they tell you when it will be done, and it is not done the day they tell you.
Ive been very patient with this company, the first time I had an issue the owner claimed he didn't know his office was giving inaccurate completion dates and stated he was just a bit behind due to weather (i thought very understandable)

Worst Service ever
I paid for the original estimate plus for additional charges you sent me. But I still have hot water issues. I was charged for materials, where is the material? Labor of 333.75 for less than 2 hrs.
I have asked for a detail explanation of my charges which you have added to my original estimate. That to me is poor business etiquette.
I paid all invoices before I posted this review. I have no problem paying for service I would appreciate an explanation of what I am being charged for. I thought that my service would be covered in the estimate. All I’m asking for is explanation

Great bunch of guys who went above and beyond in their dedication to get the repair work done in very difficult conditions. A big thank you to Eric, Ray and Scott for taking a burden off of my shoulders and getting the repairs done in a very professional manner. I really appreciated the help I received from the secretary at Mid Ohio too. All around, just a pleasure to deal with such a great company!

Called them yesterday about a bathroom leak running thru my dining room ceiling. They said they would be out the following afternoon and reconfirmed that in the morning. Plummer called me around 3pm said he was on his way, and would be about 45 mins. When he got here he said he wouldn't be able to do anything until the next day because he wouldn't have enough time, but would be out the next afternoon and hopefully he could finish before he hit over-time. When I originally called I told them it was leaking through the ceiling, so I would have thought he knew he would have to remove drywall. I was

After companies closer to my rural location were booked out for 3 weeks+, I called this place after a google search. I need a new gas pipe ran from the meter location to my new furnace. The lady answering was nice, and their response time was the quickest available, I was pleased. The plumber that responded was well-spoken, knowledgeable, and polite. He came out, did some measuring, checked the crawlspace, and scheduled me for next week, as it will require a second plumber due to length. So far so good, office receptionist was polite and prompt, plumber was a nice guy, estimate seems fair too.
