HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Jimi Lundberg came out to clean our pool and not only was he rude, unprofessional, & aggressive with my wife, BUT he was very much trying taking advantage on the price. He gave her a price to begin with over the phone and she let him know we had people coming out to swim later that weekend. When he got to our house earlier than the time they had agreed on, he knocked repeatedly on the door and called over and over again. He talked to my wife in a very abrasive manner. He told her the pool needed to be drained. She told him, if it was really that bad and that was the case

My pool is over 40 years old. My previous pool service literally failed to maintain clarity & had allowed it to become a big green monster. Two years ago JAMES LUNDBERG & KATY SWIMMING POOL SERVICES literally “brought my pool back to life” & continues to keep it in perfect condition with weekly professional cleaning & chemical maintenance. When repairs were needed, he resealed the coping to the deck & replaced the motor & filter so I am completely satisfied with both my pool & his services.

I can not recommend this company. We signed and agreed to a contract. Unfortunately they did not follow their own contract.
1- after the pool was filled they did not come by every morning to sweep the pool like the contract stated. They did come by but most of the time it was in the afternoon when we were to do our part of the contract to sweep it.
2- tile people had to redo parts of the tile work around the perimeter of the pool. They did not use levels, spacers, or a straight edge. They had to rework the tile bridge between the hot tub and the pool. Which still has chips on the cut tile which

Not only did he make the time to come fix my pool but he did it at a fair and fast and great quality. I was selling the house and nobody would put a contract in Because the pool looked aged. He came in and redid the pool made it look brand new and within two weeks I had five offers. It was the pool work that he did that changed everything. He also did it at a very fair price But the quality was amazing and it looked amazing.
